April Britton reported Monday the $1,100 theft of a gold wedding band from a room at Motel 6, 610 W. Appleway Ave.

Kootenai County sheriff

John Becker, Rathdrum, reported Thursday the $6,500 theft of jewelry and $200 damage to a window of his home on the 1600 block of W. Ohio Match Road.

Bryan Nelson, Hayden, reported Wednesday the $400 theft of stereo equipment and a cordless drill and $700 damage to the backseat of his 2000 Hyundai Elantra parked on the 400 block of Kingfisher Court in Coeur d’Alene.

Deborah Smith, Athol, reported Wednesday the $2,500 theft of a 1999 Oldsmobile Alero parked at her home on the 26000 block of N. Ramsey Road.
