Rockford City Council – Residents contributed to a long discussion about problem dogs and the effectiveness of the town’s ordinances regarding them. The town is exploring applying to reclassify Missile Street as a truck route since the road is heavily used by trucks and badly in need of repair. The council will have a retreat at 7 p.m. on Jan. 19 at Station 82, 12100 E. Palouse Highway. (Source: Town clerk Darlene LaShaw)
