Creature Feature: Ace, a Jack Russell terrier

<!-- Feature creature  -->

Ace came to the Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service shelter five months ago. When he came in, he was lethargic and overweight. He has since been in foster care and has lost 23 pounds, half his original weight. He now is energetic and loves to play fetch and chew on his toys. He is good with kids and other dogs.
