Coming up: Eastern Washington Eagles

RECORD: 9-10 overall, 3-3 Big Sky

COMING UP: Saturday vs. Portland St., 6:05 p.m. (SWX) at Reese Court

OUTLOOK: After playing 13 of their first 19 games on the road, the Eagles get six of the last 11 at home, starting with a matchup against the Vikings (9-9 overall, 3-3 Big Sky). That’s important, since the Vikings have won just once in nine true road games, but that one was big, an 86-75 win at Northern Colorado last week when the Vikings shot 61.7 percent from the field. PSU ranks second in the conference in scoring, and is led by guard Charles Odum (18.2 ppg) and forward Charles Tapscott (18.2 ppg and 8.7 rpg, the latter tops in the conference). Eastern Washington’s Colin Chiverton had three 20-point outings on the road last week.
