Driving too fast for conditions caused the crashes.

Snow, ice and rain don’t cause accidents, careless and negligent drivers cause accidents. They drive too fast, they tailgate (virtually a requirement of life in Spokane ), and they yap and text on their phones. They make irresponsible, stupid excuses in an effort to absolve themselves from personal responsibility, excuses like how they have to pick up or dump off their too lazy to walk kids at school. SR, please stop contributing to the dumbing down of America, especially the children, it’s offensive. Lay the blame at it’s source the people.
