Chinese New Year Celebration - The Spokane Chinese Association will ring in the Year of the Dragon with a cultural fair, a stage show and dinner. The cultural fair is at 1 p.m., followed by a stage show at 3:30 p.m. at Central Valley High School, 821 S. Sullivan Road. Dinner is at 5:30 p.m. at the Hong Kong Buffet, 14700 E.
