Spokane man dies following Tuesday night crash
Car collided with semi south of Deer Park
A Spokane man died Tuesday night after his car collided with a semi-trailer south of Deer Park.
Sean A. Dieringer Burns, 23, died at the scene around 9:30 p.m., the Washington State Patrol reported.
Burns was headed north on state Highway 395 just south of Half Moon Road when his 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo crossed the center line, the WSP said. The car collided with a southbound 2012 Freightliner semi driven by Randall L. Degner, 55, of Colville.
Both vehicles were totaled. Degner was injured, but was not taken to the hospital, the WSP said.
Both men were wearing seat belts.
