In brief: Balance workshop offered Saturday

WEST HILLS – Holy Names Music Center, 3910 W. Custer Drive, will offer an introductory workshop on the Alexander Technique on from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday.

The course, taught by William Conable, will teach participants a simple and practical method for improving ease and freedom of movement, balance, support, flexibility and coordination to enhance performance.
