Bob was born March 24, 1938 in Ellisford, WA.


He married Jeannette Dickinson and had three children.

They lived in Spokane where he was a furniture mover.

He moved to the Tri-Cities in 1975 and worked as a truck driver.

In 1977 married Paulette (Petty) Teal in Pasco, WA.

In 1986 they founded A+Transportation and A+ Ambulance where he was a fleet manager, ambulance driver and finance manager.

He loved golfing, fishing, hunting, meeting friends at the Moose and Eagles Lodges and traveling in his motorhome.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Cathy Louise (Frase) Holzer; his father, Jack Frase and mother, Mildred (Cook) Frase.
He is survived by his wife, Paulette; his children and stepchildren, Jerry Frase of Pasco, Robert Frase (Julie) of Spirit Lake, ID; Bill Teal of Brownsville, OR and Ron Teal (Cara) of Kennewick, WA and his son-in-law, Kevin Holzer of Pasco, WA.

He is also survived by nine grand- children and siblings Tom (Judy) Frase of Burbank, Thelma Addington (Raymond) of Ford, WA, Jack Bert Frase (Ann) of Burbank, WA and Lu Brown (Ken) of Spokane, WA.
A special thanks to a special friend, Terry (Skip) DeLozier, of Spokane, WA for his generous donation of a kidney.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Cathedral of Joy at 1153 Gage Blvd., Richland, WA on January 28, 2012 at 1:00pm.
