Warrant issued for N. Idaho developer
POST FALLS, Idaho (AP) — A bench warrant for has been issued for the developer of a multi-use project planned along the Spokane River in downtown Post Falls.
The Coeur d’Alene Press reports the warrant for developer Harry Green was issued after he missed a court hearing earlier this month in a misdemeanor case related to the project in North Idaho.
Post Falls police say Green sold alcohol without a license at a marina in the 33-acre development.
Green and his attorneys have declined to comment on matters involving the project, which was previously billed as a new hub for the city’s downtown but then ran into financial problems, the newspaper reported.
Green’s company, Point at Post Falls LLC, filed for bankruptcy in federal court last month.

It always seems to end up that way, doesn’t it? I wonder how much public money was laundered into this project, including infrastructure improvements, rezoning, tax holidays and deferrals, bond guarantees, public purchase or lease of some of the buildings, etc.
Let’s see how much they can keep quiet when greedy men who thought they were working together find out that some of them have swindled each other. The billable hours are really going to add up by the time this is all sorted out. Of course at this point it’s only a matter of a liquor license violation, and there’s no indication that anything else is amiss…

Green’s a hardcore Democrat since birth. lol…shifty too. He did really just run out of money. I’ve met him…seemed a bit OFF but nice.
