Warrant issued for N. Idaho developer

POST FALLS, Idaho (AP) — A bench warrant for has been issued for the developer of a multi-use project planned along the Spokane River in downtown Post Falls. The Coeur d’Alene Press reports the warrant for developer Harry Green was issued after he missed a court hearing earlier this month in a misdemeanor case related to the project in North Idaho. Post Falls police say Green sold alcohol without a license at a marina in the 33-acre development. Green and his attorneys have declined to comment on matters involving the project, which was previously billed as a new hub for the city’s downtown but then ran into financial problems, the newspaper reported. Green’s company, Point at Post Falls LLC, filed for bankruptcy in federal court last month.
