Senior meals

For the week of July 9-13

Monday – Option 1: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, dinner roll, peaches. Option 2: Meatloaf sandwich, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, peaches.

Tuesday – 1: Fish filet with dill sauce, baked potato with sour cream, herbed green beans, biscuit, gingerbread with topping. 2: Beef stew, baked potato with sour cream, herbed green beans, biscuit, gingerbread with topping.

Wednesday – 1: Roast turkey with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, salad with dressing, pears. 2: Barbecue riblet sandwich, garlic mashed potatoes, salad with dressing, pears.

Thursday – 1: Swedish meatballs with rice, peas and carrots, rye bread, baked apple slices, cookie. 2: Tuna salad sandwich, beef soup, peas and carrots, baked apple slices, cookie.

Friday – 1: Chicken fajita mix with flour or corn tortillas and cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and sour cream, mixed vegetables, fruit. 2: Sloppy Joe on a bun, mixed vegetables, fruit.
