Comfort food fanatics are welcoming the new Meltz Extreme Grilled Cheese in Coeur d’Alene. Fans of Old European restaurant fare are celebrating the return of aebelskivers and potato pancakes to the Spokane Valley at the Little Euro Café. This Wednesday’s Food also includes a story on the area’s newest craft brewery, Selkirk Abbey in Post Falls, which specializes in Belgian brewing styles.
