In brief: Ask public figures your questions

From Local Reports

ROCKFORD – Two public events are planned in Rockford this week at the McIntosh Grange. A county commissioner candidate forum will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday. All the candidates for the Spokane County Commissioner District 2 seat – Shelly O’Quinn, Rob Chase and Daryl Romeyn – have been invited to participate.

The grange will also host an open house with Spokane County Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Residents are encouraged to attend and ask any questions they have about law enforcement in the area.

The Grange is at the corner of First Street and Lake in Rockford.

Watch ‘The Muppets’ in the park
