Senior meals

 

For the week of July 16-20

Monday – Option 1: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables or peas, wheat bread, fresh fruit. Option 2: Fishwich, mashed potatoes, vegetables or peas, fresh fruit.

Tuesday – 1: Beef stroganoff with pasta, zucchini and tomatoes, breadstick, baked apple slices. 2: Turkey/Swiss wrap, zucchini and tomatoes, baked apple slices.

Wednesday – 1: Butter beans with ham, vegetable blend, cornbread, vegetable salad, fruit. 2: Chicken breast sandwich, vegetable blend, vegetable salad, fruit.

Thursday – 1: Chicken cacciatore parmesan with peppers and mushrooms, rice pilaf, French green beans, pudding. 2: Turkey pita sandwich, rice pilaf, French green beans, pudding.

Friday – 1: Cheese ravioli, vegetable blend or spinach, breadstick, fruit crisp. 2: Stuffed peppers, vegetable blend or spinach, breadstick, fruit crisp.
