Jim “Bitz”


Passed away July 11, 2012 surrounded by family.

Born August 4, 1921 in Colville, WA.

He married the love of his life Patricia Durgan in 1951.

He built the family house in 1953 where he and his wife lived until their passing.

He and Pat had four children: Judy McClellan Anchorage, AK.

Jim Lundershausen, Deceased 1975.

Jack Lundershausen Spokane Valley Jo (Bill) Davis Spokane Valley.

Grandchildren Scott Satterfield, Alex and Eric Davis, and two great- grandchildren.

He was very close with his nephew Harvey Lundershausen.

They shared many adventures including numerous gold mining expeditions.

Jim was a member of the carpenters union for 50 years.

He was proud to have participated in the construction of many commercial building projects around Spokane.

He was an avid and prolific gardener who kept the neighborhood supplied with vegetables all summer long.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Hospice of Spokane.

A graveside memorial will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday July 17, 2012 at St. Josephs Cemetery 17825 E. Trent.
