Please join family and friends at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake, WA on July 23, 2012 at 3:00PM as they continue to celebrate Neil’s life.

His urn will be placed with Military and Masonic Honors.

A reception will be held immediately following the service at the Medical Lake City Hall, 124 W. Lefevre Road.
