Creature Feature: Tootsie, a pit bull mix

Tootsie came to the Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Services on July 16. She’s an adult female pit mix, about 2 years old. Shelter workers say she gets along well with dogs but would do best in a home without cats. Tootsie knows sit and shake and is housetrained.
