Senior meals

For the week of June 4-8

Monday – Option 1: Beef stroganoff with pasta, zucchini and tomatoes, breadstick, baked apple slices. Option 2: Turkey Swiss wrap, zucchini and tomatoes, breadstick, baked apple slices.

Tuesday – 1: Marinated beef and vegetables, rice pilaf, steamed baby carrots, whole grain roll, cinnamon apple slices. 2: Creamy dill tuna salad, rice pilaf, steamed baby carrots, whole grain roll, cinnamon apple slices.

Wednesday – 1: Orange chicken with steamed rice, vegetable chow mein, dinner roll, Mandarin oranges. 2: Bean soup, turkey sandwich, Mandarin oranges.

Thursday – 1: Lentil and sausage casserole, mixed vegetables, rye bread, apple cobbler. 2: Potato soup, ham and Swiss cheese sandwich, apple cobbler.

Friday – 1: Barbecue pork riblet, garlic mashed potatoes, spinach, breadstick, brownie. 2: Open face hot beef sandwich, garlic mashed potatoes, spinach, brownie.
