Man lying on Spokane street jumps up; tries to grab toddler
Spokane police said that a husband and wife driving at Stevens Street and Spokane Falls Boulevard steered to avoid a man laying in the roadway on Sunday.
As the driver maneuvered around the man, he jumped up and tried to grab a one-year-old in the back seat.
The incident was sent out on a Twitter feed about 5:30 p.m. No other details were given.
