She retired from Wells Fargo Bank.

Laverne loved going to her cabin at Esterbrook, Wyoming and enjoyed hiking, swimming and snowmobiling with the family.

Laverne is survived by her sister Clara Dressler, brother Ronald A. Cook, daughter Jana R. Hardin and son-in-law Dale L. Hardin, daughter Kimberly A. Sandfort and son-in-law Gerhard Sandfort and grandsons Kyle and Brandon Hehr.
