Marjorie
“Marge” (Age 93)

After the war, Marge was employed by the Washington State Patrol as a secretary.
In November 1949, she married Frank Hartig and became a full-time mom and homemaker.

She was preceded in death by Frank in 2001.

She is survived by daughter, Kay Payne and her husband, Gary, Kent, WA; son, Michael J. Hartig, Port Orchard, WA; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Marge was a longtime member and supporter of Emmanuel Presbyterian Church in Spokane and a devoted Christian.

She loved to cook, entertain and play cards, but most of all she loved getting together with her extended family.

She also found great joy in being with her grandchildren and spent many treasured hours with each of them.

In later years, she was a faithful Mariners fan.
A memorial service will be held in Kent, WA on June 22, 2012, and her ashes then taken to Fairmount Memorial Park in Spokane.

Any memorial gifts in her honor could be directed to Emmanuel Presbyterian Church or a favorite charity.
