Bosh joins Wade on sidelines
Chris Bosh has taken his name out of consideration for the London Olympics, becoming the second Miami Heat player in as many days to make the move over injury concerns. Bosh announced the decision Friday through agent Henry Thomas. Bosh is still recovering after straining an abdominal muscle during the second round of the playoffs. He missed nine games, though did return for the latter part of the Eastern Conference finals and played in all five games of the NBA Finals. Heat guard Dwyane Wade pulled out of the Olympic mix on Thursday because he needs surgery on his left knee. – Associated Press
