“Listening for God in the Park” – Adult short story discussion group Tuesdays at 10 a.m. at Manito Park, hosted by Hamblen Park Presbyterian Church. Rocky Point Lighthouse Vacation Bible School – July 14 and 15 at Northwood Presbyterian Church, 6721 N. Monroe St. The weekend will start July 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and includes lunch. July 15 will have activities from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Children who have just finished first through sixth grades are invited to attend. The program is free, but registration is required by July 8. The Friendship Adventure Vacation Bible School at CMUC –

Now registering kids in first through fifth grades for the camp July 9-13 from 9 a.m. to noon at Community United Methodist Church, 1470 W. Hanley Ave., Coeur d’Alene. Kids will learn how to be better friends to each other and how to deal with bullying. Includes music, games, crafts, snacks and special activities throughout the week.
