Spokane Valley churches are continuing to offer vacation Bible school sessions for children.

• Hope Lutheran Church will offer its VBS session July 16-20 for children age 4 through the sixth grade. The theme is “Amazing Desert Journey: Where Jesus Leads Us Home.” Classes will be daily from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the church, 17909 E. Broadway Ave.

• A free VBS session will also be held July 16-20 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 3606 S. Schafer Road. Classes for children age 3 through the sixth grade will be offered daily from 9 to 11:50 a.m.
