East Valley presents murderous comedy

The drama department at East Valley High School, 15711 E. Wellesley Ave., will present “Did Someone Say Murder?” today, Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m.

The play by David LeMaster follows four couples as they watch Detective Rathbone solve a series of murders while they dine on a lobster dinner in a restaurant.

The cast includes Jesse Johnson as Joe; Beky Maxwell as Mary; Madisyn Benge as the hostess; Nathan Jolstead as Mr. Elsinore; Stephanie Albertson as Mrs. Elsinore; Ashley Taylor as the bus girl; Serena Hanes as the flower girl; Colette Buck as Mrs. Salt; Shelby Weekly as Mrs. Cabbage; Kent Ohlstrom as the waiter; Krystal Potter as the waitress; Thane Stevens as Mr. Mithington; Rebeka Turner as Mrs. Mithington; Shantewa Jolstead as the manager; Ted Wilson as Rathbone and Austin Carruthers as the cook.

The crew includes Jack Fay as the sound technician and Rachel Loe as the lighting technician.

Tickets are $6 for adults, $3 for seniors, free for students with an ASB card and $3 for students without an ASB card.
