Chiefs lose to Seattle
KENT, Wash. – Connor Honey scored twice and Calvin Pickard made 41 saves as the Seattle Thunderbirds beat the Spokane Chiefs 3-1 in Western Hockey League action Tuesday night.

All of Seattle’s goals were scored on the power play as the Thunderbirds built a 3-0 lead before Steven Kuhn scored at 8:08 of the third period for Spokane.
The Thunderbirds converted 3 of 4 power plays, while the Chiefs didn’t convert any of their six opportunities with the man advantage.
Spokane outshot Seattle 42-24.
The Chiefs have three regular-season games remaining: tonight against Kamloops and Friday against Seattle at the Arena, and Saturday at Tri-City.
