Your week

Your food

It’s National Nutrition Month. Local dietitians will offer sample menus to help you reach your healthy eating goals, plus tips to get extra fruits and vegetables into your diet. Also, chef Urs Moser of the Spokane Club will share a recipe from one of the food and wine pairings he’s created for Taste of Life, the annual Hospice of Spokane fundraiser.
