Cory Craig

After a short battle with cancer, Cory Craig NeVille passed away peacefully at his home on March 15, 2012 in Usk, Washington.

Cory was born on July 25, 1950 in Powell, Wyoming to DeForest “J” NeVille and Audrey Andrews.

Cory attended Powell High School and earned a track scholarship to Brigham Young University.

He married Carna Patch and started his family and teaching career in Provo, Utah, before moving to Spokane, WA.

Cory served in many capacities during his lifetime, both in his church and community, which gave him great joy.

Later in life he married Linda Campbell who shared his love of travel, adventure and teaching.

He is survived by his wife, Linda NeVille of Usk, WA; and stepson, Jared Campbell of Ione, WA; as well as six children: Martonne NeVille of Seattle, WA, Marcy (Dusty) Gallinger of Deer Park, WA, Ryan (Darby) NeVille of Bountiful, UT, Haley (James) Murray of Bountiful, UT, Cody NeVille of Seattle, WA, and Katie (Joe) Arbizo of Gilbert, AZ.

He was a doting grandfather of eight grandchildren.

A brother, Dan NeVille of Kaysville, UT and his sister Laura NeVille of Provo, UT survive him as well.

His brother Kevin predeceases him, along with his father Dick NeVille.

The Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 11:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 34221 N. Newport Hwy, Chattaroy, WA.
