Obituary: Oberst, Thomas Robert
OBERST, Thomas Robert “Tom”
Tom was born in Spokane on January 27, 1942. He was raised on a farm where he enjoyed working with horses and woodworking. Tom also had a love of old cars and was very good with his hands.
Tom passed away peacefully in his sleep due to chronic health complications on March 22, 2012, with his family by his side.
Tom is survived by his loving wife, Judi; father, Robert; brothers: Gary, Doug and sister Diane Hall; sons: Shane, Nelson, Todd also numerous grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Floy Oberst; brother, Ronald …

No memorial service will be held at Tom’s request. A small family gathering will be held at a later date to celebrate his life.
Tom will always be remembered by his loving
and generous heart. He will be missed by all who knew him.
