Mrs. Radtke was born December 10, 1920 in Thornton, Washington to Samuel and Stella (Yaisley) Weitman and was a graduate of Rosalia High School.

Hazel was married to LaVern “Bud” Radtke who preceded her in death.

She worked as purchasing agent for the Veterans Administration for many years.

Thanks to Schlosser Adult Family Home and Horizon Hospice for the great care she received.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28, at Sunset Chapel at Fairmount Memorial Park in Spokane.
