Passed away peacefully March 21st, 2012.
She was born February 1, 1944 in Bellingham, Washington.
She graduated from Cheney High School in 1962.
Susan was a lifelong resident of the Coeur d ‘ Alene/Spokane area.
She worked many years at the Coeur d’ Alene Resort and in recent years at Metal Sales.
Susan was always there for her family and friends.
She will always be remembered for her giving spirit, kind heart and thoughtfullness.
Her motto was to ” enjoy every moment and live life to its fullest - as life is too short.”
Her favorite things were traveling, spending time with her family and especially her granddaughters.
She is survived by her three children Shelley Kong, Brent Byquist (Tracy), and Kurt Byquist (Jennifer); five granddaughters Tasha, Tehani and Tiana Kong and Paige and Anna Byquist; brothers Vernon, Sherman, and Alan Russell; and her companion Ron Leonard.
Her service will be held at Chattaroy Community Church, 3711 E. Chattaroy Road, Chattaroy, at 2PM on Thursday, March 29th.
