Anna was born July 18, 1918 in Couer d’Alene, Idaho and was a graduate of Spangle High School.
She married Verne D. Smith and together they owned and operated Smith’s Grocery Store.
After Verne’s death, Anna moved to Spokane and became a CNA and worked at Deaconess Hospital where she met her late husband Ted Orwiler.
Anna will be greatly missed by her surviving two sons; Bert (Karen) Smith and Doug (Nancy) Smith.
Stepson; Alvin (Chris) Orwiler and two surviving sisters; Jamie Bingham and Viola Sweet.
Also seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A committal service will be held at a later date.
