She was born in Glendive, Montana to Donald Ira and Mary E. Davisson.

They moved to the Spokane area when she was a toddler.

They lived in Vinegar Flats and she attended Lewis and Clark High School graduating in 1941.

Mom had a love of secretarial work from the start and after high school she went to work for the War Dept.

at Fairchild Air Force Base.

Next she moved on to the Railroad Retirement Board.
She met James H. Anderson through her sister and friends at age 12.

This was to last a lifetime and they married in January of 1948.


It was a wonderful life.
Her final position was at the Social Security Office in Spokane.

She made friends which she stayed in contact the rest of her life.

She retired in 1978.

Mom loved to play golf and she made hundreds of baby blankets as she loved babies.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald I. and Mary E. Davisson, James H. Anderson (husband), Mary Maxine Swanson (sister), Melvin G. Swanson (brother-in-law), Donald Davisson (brother) and William H. Orlin (son-in-law).
Audrey leaves behind Nancy Kay Orlin (daughter), Kathleen A. Templeton (granddaughter), Ryan S. Hoppe (grandson), Nolan J. Templeton (great-grandson), Kaden T. Templeton (great-grandson), Donald M. Swanson (nephew), Justin Swanson (great-nephew) and Jordan Swanson (great-nephew).


The services will be held on Saturday, May 5th, 11:00am at Salem Lutheran Church, 1428 W. Broadway, followed at noon with the coffee hour.

The burial will be at 1:30p.m.

at Spokane Memorial Gardens, 5909 S. Cheney-Spokane Rd.
