In brief: Mobile food bank to visit church

From Local Reports

The Second Harvest mobile food bank truck will be at Advent Lutheran Church, 13009 E. Broadway Ave., from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday. There will be fresh produce, breads and fresh fruit.

The free food distribution is for anyone who needs it. No documentation is necessary and the distribution does not count as the one monthly food bank visit allowed.

People are asked to bring their own bags and boxes. Second Harvest is partnering with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans to provide the food.
