Morgan Willson won two events Saturday to lead the Colfax girls to the title at the District 7 2B championships at Whitworth College.
The Bulldogs finished with 163 points, followed by Reardan (116), Northwest Christian (108) and Lind-Ritzville (65).
Davenport edged Northwest Christian for the boys title.
Willson took first place in the 1,600-meter run, finishing in 5 minutes, 15.02 seconds. She then won the 3,200 in 10:58.05, beating out second-place finisher Taryn Stamper of St. George’s by nearly 2 minutes.
Freshman Kate Schell had an impressive showing for Lind-Ritzville, claiming titles in the 100 (13.11) and 200 (27.13).
Northwest Christian’s Lauren Kuiper also won two events – the triple jump (35 feet, 101/4 inches) and long jump (15-73/4).
The Davenport boys had two individual titles. Joey Gunning won the 110 hurdles (15.19) and Cole Evers won the 300 hurdles (41.29).
Northwest Christian’s Reuben Clark won the discus (119-0) and high jump (6-6) and was second in the shot put (42-31/2).
The top two individuals in each event and winning relay teams claimed spots in the state meet.
District 7 1B
Led by Grant Marchant and Craver Small, the Valley Christian boys edged Pomeroy for the district title at Whitworth College.
Marchant earned titles in the 800 (2:04.05), 1,600 (4:40.14) and 3,200 (10:29.37). Small won the 110 hurdles (16.61), 300 hurdles (45.39) and high jump (5-2)
The Panthers finished with 134 team points. Pomeroy (129) was second, followed by Columbia (103), Wellpinit (72) and Wilbur-Creston (51).
Columbia won the girls title by a wide margin.
Lindsay Loe led the Columbia Lions with individual titles in the high jump (5-2) and triple jump (33-43/4).
Odessa-Harrington and Valley Christian tied for second place with 77 team points apiece.
The top three boys and girls finishers in each event, along with the winning relay teams, earned berths to the state meet.
