The precious life of Scott Pomroy was cut short at the age of 51 on May 19, 2012 with his wife by his side.

Scott’s love for God and strong faith touched many lives.

His gentle and generous heart, his willingness to lend a helping hand and his patient loving kindness will be remembered by his family and friends.

Born in Long Beach, California on November 14, 1960, Scott grew up in La Mirada where had made life long friends.

In February 2003 Scott moved to Spokane and on May 17th of that year he married Connie, the love of his life.

He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend.

His greatest joys were spending time with his kids and grandkids, going on “adventures” with his mom and dad, getting together with his sister Nancy whom he loved deeply and hunting and fishing with Connie’s family.

Scott is survived by his wife, Connie; parents, Mary and Harvey; sister, Nancy; children: Erica and Jeffery; grandchildren: Isaac, Vincent, Selena and Mariah; nephews: Ricky, Steven, David, Daniel, Raymond and Cody; niece Julie; in-laws: Betty, Wayne, Scotty, Diana, James, Tom and Darlene; as well as other extended family members.

A celebration of Scott’s life will be held at 12 P.M. on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Eastpoint Church, 15303 E. Sprague Ave., Spokane Valley, WA 99037.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Eastpoint Church Benevolence Fund or a cancer charity of your choice.

Scott will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
