• TD&H Engineering has hired Steve Schmedding as a civil engineer. He previously worked for DCI Engineers and as an engineer/manager for Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirement contractors at Fairchild Air Force Base. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Gonzaga University.

Finance

Mark Fox has been hired as assistant vice president of the E-Services Department for Numerica Credit Union. He previously served as business banking director of Intermountain Community Bank for the past five years and has more than 16 years of financial industry experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in math and economics from Whitman College and a master’s degree in business administration from Gonzaga University.

• Wells Fargo promoted Tom Beil from group leader of the company’s Spokane commercial banking team to region manager for the Spokane/North Idaho commercial banking markets. He has been with the company for 20 years.

Nicole Lawhead has been promoted by Northwest Farm Credit Services to treasury analyst. She has been with the company since 2009.

Health care

Dr. Monica German has joined Medicine Naturally on Spokane’s South Hill. Dr. German graduated from medical school in Bucharest, Romania; completed a residency in adult and pediatric oncology; and a pediatric residency training program at State University of New York Hospital, where she also served as chief resident. She is board certified in pediatrics as well as in integrative and holistic medicine.

Dr. Drew Heidergott is now practicing general and cosmetic dentistry at the Nevada Hawthorne Professional Building in North Spokane. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry.

Insurance

• Spokane Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA office has hired Ruth Tagtmeier as an account executive. She previously worked for Regal Aviation and Moloney O’Neill.

Manufacturing

• Seattle Business magazine named Craig Dias Mid-Size Manufacturing Executive of the Year during the Washington Manufacturing Awards last month. Dias is vice president and general manager of Haskins Steel Co. in Spokane.

Marketing

Josh Schluter has been hired as director of sales and marketing for Unleashed Online Marketing. He previously served as director of marketing for Greenstone Homes and has 16 years of related experience.

Real estate

• Coldwell Banker Tomlinson North has hired Cathy Elmore as an agent. She previously worked for Real Estate Marketplace in Deer Park and Windermere Real Estate in Ocean Shores, Wash.

David Barnes has been hired by Kimmel Athletic Supply as chief operating officer. He previously served as president and general manager of DataDot Technology, USA and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. The company also hired Dave Trimmer as a team salesman and Kaylen McRae as a marketing specialist. Trimmer, a graduate of the University of Montana, worked as a sports writer for The Spokesman- Review for 24 years. McRae previously worked for Athletic Supply, LLC in Redmond, Wash. She has six years of experience in the athletic supply industry and graduated from Washington State University.

Lanny Billings received a Safety Employee of 2011 award from BNSF Railway. Billings is locomotive engineer for the company’s Northwest Division in Spokane.
