North Spokane Zip Trip robbed at gunpoint
Two men dressed in black and wearing masks robbed a north Spokane Zip Trip just after midnight today.
Spokane police said the men entered the Zip Trip on the 2000 block of West Francis Avenue around 12:18 a.m., demanded cash from an employee, then fled north on foot.
The men took an undisclosed amount of money and cigarettes.
A police dog tracked the robbers to a place where a getaway car likely was located, police said in a news release.
