Alice passed away October 25th at 1:00 am from complications from COPD which she suffered from for many years.
Alice was born in Eugene, OR to George and Agnes Bacon.
She was the oldest of three children.
Alice lived in Enterprise, OR in her youth.
She married Robert F. Sheets in 1950.
They raised four sons, Lonnie, Robert, Boyd and Rion and a daughter, Melody.
Alice and Bob moved to Brewster where the owned and operated the Columbia Drug Store for many years.
Alice was widowed in May of 1978 but found happiness again and married Roy “Blacky” Adams in May of 1980.
She became a loving second mother to Wren and Paula (Bergstrom) Adams who reside in California.
Alice was a kind and loving woman to all who knew her.
She was a longtime member of the Grange and enjoyed many years of square dancing and spent countless hours volunteering at the Wenatchee Valley Senior Center.
Alice loved the Lord and surely she is dancing in Heaven now.
We all will miss you sweet Alice.
She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, husbands Robert and Roy, son Lonnie Sheets and daughter Melody Sheets.
A memorial for Alice will be held at the Wenatchee Valley Senior Center, 1312 Maple St. on Wednesday November 28th from 3-5pm.
