Senior meals

For the week of Nov. 12-16.

Monday – Option 1: Beef goulash with Mexicali corn, mixed vegetables, dinner roll, peaches. Option 2: Chef salad, dinner roll, peaches.

Tuesday – 1: Stuffed salmon with dill sauce, potatoes O’Brien, zucchini, dinner roll, cookie. 2: Chicken nuggets with sauce, zucchini, dinner roll, cookie.

Wednesday – 1: Braised beef tips with pasta, peas and carrots, rye bread, fresh fruit. 2: Deli sandwich on a bun, peas and carrots, fresh fruit.

Thursday – 1: Lasagna, green salad, breadstick, apple crisp. 2: Egg salad sandwich with chicken noodle soup, green salad, apple crisp.

Friday – 1: Chicken with cornbread stuffing and gravy, vegetables, dinner roll, brownie. 2: Taco salad, dinner roll, brownie.
