Condon budget furtive

Thank you Shawn Vestal for uncovering huge problems with Mayor David Condon’s proposed budget. So, let me get this straight. The mayor announced eliminating 100 positions including 21 in the Police Department, entire departments and city services, then slips into his budget $20,000 raises for his top people.

No wonder he also secretly added almost $50,000 for a public relations firm to sell us on what a good idea this is, and how he can communicate better with us and be more transparent!
