Obituary: Christensen, Nathan Paul

CHRISTENSEN, Nathan Paul An accident took the life of Nathan Paul Christensen 52, of Seattle, WA.

He was born in Anchorage, AK to Joan Thompson and Ronald M. Christensen.

Nate grew up in Spokane, WA where he married Nancy Kenney July 11th 1981, they were blessed with two boys Jesse Aaron, and Matthew Brandon.

They spent several years in Alaska where Nathan worked as a carpenter.

In 1992 they moved to Wilsonville, OR where he founded his construction co.

He coached baseball and football for many years.

After the boys were grown, Nate and Nancy moved to Seattle, WA.

He taught his sons the importance of honesty and loyalty.

Nate was a friend to everyone he met.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

He loved riding motorcycles, but his newest project was preparing for the birth of his grandson.

He is survived by his wife Nancy, two sons; Jesse, and Matt (Megan) Christensen; his parents Ron and Joan Christensen; a brother Matt (Renee) Christensen, and two sisters Cheryl (Michael) Hanley, Jennifer Christensen; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 12 pm Saturday, November 24, 2012 at the Evergreen LDS Building, 14111 E.16th., Ave., Veradale, WA 99037.
