Justice for Zehm pending

Karl Thompson Jr. is on his way to prison, but has justice been served in the Otto Zehm case? Thompson was convicted of excessive use of force.

Otto Zehm did not die from the beating inflicted by Thompson. He died of suffocation as a result of having been hog-tied on his stomach with an oxygen mask placed over his face without a supply of oxygen, as attested to by the medical examiner. Who did that: Thompson or one or more of the other police officers at the scene?

When that is decided and the guilty one is charged and tried for manslaughter, then justice will have been served.
