Obituary: Slocumb, Susan Conner

SLOCUMB, Susan Conner Susan Conner Slocumb passed away November 20, 2012 after a courageous battle with leukemia.

Sue was also a cancer survivor.

She graduated from University High and Spokane Community College.

She lived in the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene area most of her life.

Sue married Mike Slocumb in 1996.

They later moved to Athol, ID where she and Mike started a miniature donkey business called “Silver Aspen Farms”.

She also worked for Encoder Products by Cocolalla Lake.

Sue is survived by her husband Mike Slocumb and her sister Elaine Betz and a niece and nephew.

She is preceeded in death by her parents Vance and Rosena Conner and her two brothers Eugene and Keneth Conner.

Sue loved life.

Susan and Mike did a lot of fishing and hunting together.

A celebration of Susan’s life will be held in the spring.
