Age 93

ROTH, Elma B.

(Age 93) Went home to be with the Lord November 28th, 2012.

Elma was born in Spokane, Washington to Phillip and Katie Buchholz on May 21, 1919.

She attended Grant Grade School and graduated from Lewis and Clark High School.

Elma married Norman J. Roth on March 30, 1941, and they had one daughter, Marjean.

Norman and Elma were married for 62 years until Norman’s death in 2003.

Elma loved and thought the world of her family and grandchildren.

She also held a special love for all children and taught Sunday School for many years.

Elma is survived by her daughter Marjean and son-in-law, Mel Allerdings of Spokane; two granddaughters and their husbands, Melanie and Tim Figart of Spokane and Melinda and Matt Langrehr of Kettle Falls, WA; and five great-grandchildren, Maria, Devin, Malia, Macy and Micah.

Elma is also survived by two sisters, Inez Jorgenson of Cross Plains, WI, and Helen Roth of Colfax, WA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Elma was preceded in death by her husband Norman Roth and her brother Art Buchholz.

Visitation is Sunday, December 2, 2012 at 1 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Thornhill Valley Chapel, 1400 S. Pines Rd.

Funeral Services will be on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Valley Assembly of God, 15618 E Broadway, Rev.

Al Hulten officiating.
