FILE - In this photo taken in 2008, tennis referee Lois Goodman is shown while officiating a CIF tennis tournament. Citing insufficient evidence, Los Angeles prosecutors on Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, have dropped the murder case against Goodman. A judge dismissed the case Friday without prejudice, meaning it could be brought back. The 70-year-old Goodman was accused of bludgeoning her 80-year-old husband Alan to death with a coffee cup in April.
