She struggled, then was released into a wonderful cosmos we can only imagine.
We knew her as a vibrant child.
We knew her as a beautiful, funny, generous young woman.
We lost touch with her as she lost touch with her best self.
We have our sorrow, she has her release.
We have our precious memories, she has calm and peace.
MARATHENA KODIS DUBOIS, the daughter of Gaither Kodis and Louise Kodis, is survived by her sons, Dane Austin Dubois, Dakota Bennett Dubois, her former husband Jeff Dubois, her sister Chemyn Kodis, mother, father and stepmother Bonnie Kodis.
