ITEN, Florence I.
(Age 76)

Passed away on October 2, 2012 in Spokane, WA.

Florence is survived by her daughter, Vickie Brown (Michael) of Spokane Valley, WA; two sons, Michael C. Iten of Newman Lake, WA and Loren B. Iten (Bonnie) of Washington, IL; five grandchildren, Rebekah, Alayna, Jack, Bryn and Dana; two great-grandchildren, Andrew and Madison and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Monte Iten in 2003.

Our Mom Flo will always be remembered for her love of family and friends.

Momma Flo’s whole purpose in life was to live her life HER way while providing for others: A warm, comfortable home for her family and friends; home-cooked meals 24/7 for her family and anybody else who was hungry; home-sewn clothes for her kids, nieces, nephews, and grandkids; and gifts from her heart including cross-stitched masterpieces and crocheted blankets.

Her generous spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A Celebration of Florence’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Thornhill Valley Chapel, 1400 S. Pines Rd, Spokane Valley with Chaplain Manny Denning officiating.
