Donna was born on October 4th 1939 in Coeur d’Alene, ID to Floyd and Lenora Miller.

She retired as a bookkeeper for Tidyman’s and enjoyed spending her time sewing, quilting, and traveling.

She and Gene took several cruises and had just finished remodeling their “snowbird” home in AZ.

Donna was always fun loving and had a passion for a good deal and searching for the perfect gift at holidays and special occasions.

She was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Lenora Miller.

She is survived by the love of her life of 53 years Gene Winebarger; son Gene Jr. of Glendale AZ, Michael (Tina) of Spokane Valley, daughter-in-law Nora; granddaughters April and Amber, and great-grandson Mayson, all of Peoria AZ; sister June (Karl) Lange of Spokane; and other loving family members.

Donna is smiling down from Heaven and will always be watching over those she loved.

Viewing will be from noon to 5pm on Friday, October 5th at ENGLISH FUNERAL CHAPEL in POST FALLS .

The funeral service will be on Monday, October 8th at 1:00 pm at English Funeral Chapel with graveside services to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
